Thank you for joining the Marin Educators for Safe Schools campaign kickoff last night! We had over 500 educators and classified staff from all over Marin join in the largest educator meeting ever in Marin County. We discussed our core campaign principles
- Protecting vulnerable students, educator and staff
- Safety for ALL
- Local Control of Our Schools
We answered audience questions and reviewed next steps. Unfortunately, we didn't get to answer all the questions that came up but know two things:
- Each district MUST negotiate with their unions over reopening plans.
- You will continue to hear from your local, CTA and CFT about what you can do to ensure safe schools for all in Marin.
